Questions about the reference series, corrections to the guide, or suggestions for the resources directory — we welcome all of it.

Get in Touch

Diversity Books is based in Hamilton, New Jersey. For inquiries about the multicultural reference collections, our articles, or educator resources, please use the form below and we will respond as soon as possible.

Before writing, you may find a faster answer in our frequently asked questions — particularly on locating the reference sets through libraries — or in the titles and series guide.

What We Can Help With

We field three kinds of mail most often, and all three are welcome. Series questions: which set fits a particular grade level or unit, how the volumes are organized, or what a specific chapter covers — if the answer belongs in the guide, we add it there too. Locating the books: while we no longer sell anything, we are glad to point you toward library catalogs, union catalogs such as WorldCat, and interlibrary loan strategies for tracking down a set; start with the tips in our FAQ. Guide improvements: corrections to articles, broken links in the resources directory, and suggestions for national-scope organizations we should add.

Teachers and librarians: if you have used the reference series in a unit or display and would like to share what worked, we read those notes with particular interest — classroom experience regularly shapes our lesson plan frameworks.

Response Times

This is a small operation, as it has been since 1990. We typically respond within a few business days; questions that require checking a printed volume may take a little longer.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information submitted through this form is used only to respond to your inquiry; we do not rent or share contact information with third parties.
